Stress Busting:
Using the method of autogenics, SMI teach simple exercises to reduce the negative effects of stress, making one able to function better under pressure.

Kapnography:
A simply but effective exercise to reduce and prevent hyperventilation, panics attacks and anxiety states.

Focus:
A technique promoting the ability to focus on the job in hand and to get jobs done efficiently with minimal fuss. Allowing relaxation to take place for the individual to calm and become focused.

Carers:
An approach carers to promote their capacity for supporting, challenging and listening without suffering burnout and depletion.

Other Modules Include:
Wellbeing in the work place, Time management, Team building, Leaderships skills, Sleep easy, Ergonomics, At cause or at effect, Executives Module, Manager Module, Worker Module, Night shift, Exam taking, Getting well and Post-traumatic stress. This is just a small selection of the available modules, SMI are always trying to update their teaching methods and techniques allowing us to provide you with best quality of care and service. SMI also offer osteopathic consultation and techniques to help promote physical health and well being. All modules are taught within the work place.
